Rules for participants Produce A Movie on the Topic: DREAM The duration of your film should not exceed 5 minutes Your film must be delivered in German language, provided with English subtitle. No sensitive elements (Racism, Politic, Religion and Sexual) are allowed. Your film should be original, your own idea and creative. Your film must be burned into CD or DVD and submit to us before 20st July 2009. Judges’ decisions are final.
