	5.	Technicians 
	6.	Food coordinator, if needed
	7.	 Performance coordinator, if needed
	8.	Prizes and Gifts, if needed
	9.	Usher, if guests are involved
	‣	New and old CM + Supervisors meet to update each other on: 
	1.	What has been accomplished so far?
	2.	What is left to be done until when?
	3.	Which information needs to be updated on the official Website. Mail changes & additions to Brian.
	4.	Create a TO-DO-List, including a time frame and deadlines
	5.	Accomplish above steps until next meeting.
	6.	REPs and Supervisors meet on
